I’ve found that many projects tend to go smoother when personalities are understood between leader and group members rather than hopping into a project with strangers. As being a member role in the past I believe it shows caring and understanding that a leader would like to get to know me before working together. Whenever conflict arises I’ve found that people are less standoff-ish when they are closer to their team and more understanding of where the leader is coming from.” -Jahla
