The ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded, especially in high-pressure or imperfect moments, is something I’ve really come to value. I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone can hold high standards while still treating people with intention and respect. Grace creates trust and it sets the tone for how a team shows up.
