At the Broad College of Business, we work hard, work smart, and work together to cultivate excellence in the next generation of global business leaders. This year, that commitment has been reflected in every aspect of our work: in the classroom, in our research, and across the communities we serve. In this report, you will see how we strengthened our undergraduate experience through curriculum updates that prepare Broad Spartans to lead from day one. With earlier exposure to data analytics, cross- functional collaboration, and real-world application, our students are building both analytical fluency and career confidence. The new Broad360 framework connects
learning across the curriculum, tracking experiential milestones that help students translate classroom knowledge into practice. At the graduate level, innovation and flexibility continue to define our approach through the development of an online format of the MBA program for working professionals. Broad’s graduate portfolio meets students where they are and empowers them to grow their leadership and make an impact in real time. Our faculty continue to elevate Broad’s research reputation by tackling some of the most pressing challenges in business, from ethical AI and finance innovation to supply chain resilience.
