Through this survey, we hope to gain a be er understanding by learning about our community’s perspec ves and experiences related to diversity, equity and inclusion. The college has asked the Office for Survey Research at Michigan State University to administer and report the findings. Filling out this confiden al survey is, of course, up to you. You may decline to par cipate, decline to answer certain ques ons, or discon nue filling out the survey at any me without penalty. You must be at least 18 years of age to par cipate.
