Mean scores assessing the being valued for academic acvies engaged in decreased for five out of seven acvies between 2022 and 2024. The two areas that showed a slight increase in scores from 2022 to 2024 were the feeling of being valued by the department/unit for teaching, which rose from a mean score of 3.97 in 2022 to 4.01 in 2024 (an increase of 0.04 points), and campus service, which increased from a mean score of 3.85 in 2022 to 3.90 in 2024 (an increase of 0.05 points). The largest decrease in feeling valued was observed in research, scholarship, and/or creavity, which experienced a drop of 0.46 points in mean score, declining from 4.01 in 2022 to 3.55 in 2024.
