Mean scores assessing the being valued for academic ac vi es engaged in decreased for five out of seven ac vi es between 2022 and 2024. The two areas that showed a slight increase in scores from 2022 to 2024 were the feeling of being valued by the department/unit for teaching, which rose from a mean score of 3.97 in 2022 to 4.01 in 2024 (an increase of 0.04 points), and campus service, which increased from a mean score of 3.85 in 2022 to 3.90 in 2024 (an increase of 0.05 points). The largest decrease in feeling valued was observed in research, scholarship, and/or crea vity, which experienced a drop of 0.46 points in mean score, declining from 4.01 in 2022 to 3.55 in 2024.
