Acvies Engaged as Part of Dues and Responsibilies Between 2022 and 2024, there was a decrease in the percentage of employees engaging in academic acvies as part of their job dues and responsibilies. The largest decreases between the two years were in the following areas: campus service, which experienced a 25.6% decrease in parcipaon; mentoring/supporng students, with a 21.0% decrease; mentoring/supporng faculty, a 19.3% decrease in parcipaon.
