There was also a nega ve increase on the item measuring others not valuing opinions in the college. In 2022, the mean score was 2.45, and in 2024 the mean score was 2.51. Addi onally, there was a 0.01-point decrease in the mean score for the item measuring the college's emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Conversely, there was a 0.01-point increase for the item indica ng that employees feel they have to work harder than others to be valued.
