Paired Adjecve Comparison The mean scores for all 15 paired adjecve comparisons showed an increase in 2024, indicang a posive change in employees' percepons and experiences at the college. In 2022, nine out of the 15 mean scores fell into the negave range of the scale (below 4.00). By 2024, none of the mean scores were in the negave range. Addionally, in 2022, no mean scores exceeded 5.00; however, in 2024, nine mean scores were above 5.00. The most significant improvements from 2022 to 2024 were seen in the following areas: "Disrespecul : Respecul," which improved by +1.66; "Hosle : Friendly," which improved by +1.53; and "Ableist : Accessible," which improved by +1.46.
