Results Comparison between 2022 and 2024

The following is a comparison between data collected in 2022 and 2024. The data in 2022 was collected by Soundrocket, a private survey research firm located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Soundrocket provided the Office for Survey Research with a dataset that was used to conduct this comparave analysis. This dataset contained 210 usable cases 4 . The dataset in 2024 used for comparison contained 168 useable cases. The 2024 data was collected using the same sampling frames as in 2022 and during the same month (October). Some minor modificaons were made to the survey instrument, mostly eliminang quesons that were not relevant to data analysis.

Sasfacon with Climate and Environment

In the 2022 survey, employees were only asked to rate their level of sasfacon with the college's climate and environment. In 2022, 61.9% of employees reported being either sasfied or very sasfied with the climate. By 2024, this number increased to 70.7%, reflecng an 8.8% rise in overall sasfacon. The mean sasfacon score in 2022 was 3.55, while in 2024, it rose to 3.72, resulng in a 0.17-point increase. Chart 4. Sasfacon with Climate/Environment: 2022 – 2024 Comparison
