Comparison Summary The 2024 data indicate a significant improvement in the overall climate within the Eli Broad College of Business since 2022. The most noceable improvement is reflected in how students evaluate the college culture through the paired adjecve comparisons. Students are now much more posive about the college's culture, climate, and environment than they were two years ago. In 2024, students feel more valued and listened to, enjoy beer relaonships with other members of the university community, and experience a stronger sense of belonging compared to 2022. Addionally, students connue to engage in meaningful interacons at high levels with peers who differ from them. There has also been a decrease in the percentage of students reporng experiences of discriminaon and other negave behaviors overall. The changes iniated by the college in 2022 appear to be effecve and should be connued moving forward, with modificaons based on the few areas of improvement discussed in this report.
