There was li le change in the percentage of students considering leaving college from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, 12.3% agreed to some extent to the statement I have considered leaving the Broad College of Business because I felt isolated or unwelcomed,” in 2024 10.8% agreed to some extent to the statement. The mean scores for this item were similar, 1.83 in 2022 and 1.82 in 2024. Students' feelings of being valued improved slightly, showing increase of +0.10 in the posi ve direc on between 2022 and 2024. Two items received more nega ve responses in 2024 compared to 2022. The most significant difference was regarding the statement, "There is too much emphasis put on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion here at the Broad College of Business." The mean score in 2022 was 2.67, while in 2024 it increased to 2.88, crea ng a difference of -0.21. Addi onally, there was a slight nega ve increase of 0.05 in students feeling that they had to work harder than others to feel valued in 2024 compared to 2022.
