The person I am today is the result of great leaders instilling confidence in me and encouraging my growth. I wish to embody a similar type of leadership, not only providing a good example, but helping others go above and beyond their potential. The encouraging leaders are the ones that have always stood out to me and have inspired me. There are a lot of facets that make leadership what it is, but confidence in and compassion for others are especially important.” -Lindsay
