CURRICULUM

Immediate Impact Learn on Saturday; apply on Monday — that’s the advantage of the Broad EMBA. With our weekend format, students turn classroom learning into career progression in a matter of days, sometimes hours. The rigorous and integrated curriculum is designed to sharpen business expertise. In just 20 months, students experience a robust curriculum in a convenient part-time format. The Broad EMBA develops talent with the essential knowledge, skills, and insights to lead and grow organizations.

Team Building Broad’s EMBA is all about teamwork. A collaborative approach to learning allows students to work in diverse groups of top-notch professionals. In this setting, four to six students bring their individual strengths to the team and develop skills for accomplishing a significant amount of work in a tight time frame. The interaction in these teams is often cited by graduates as the single most rewarding aspect of the program. As with business, no important project is completed by a single person. Critical Skills Development Skill development is a key outcome of the Broad EMBA. Students report through exit surveys a significant growth across multiple learning dimensions, including the following:

EMBA’s diverse curriculum includes more than 30 courses across the following core competencies:

Corporate Strategy

Team Leadership

Innovation

Management Marketing

International Business Cultural Intelligence

Decision Making Global Perspective

Enterprise Leadership Team Building

Critical Thinking

Finance Accounting

Data Analysis
